1. Contract & Booking Acceptance

Any reservation made with Virgin Nature Tours creates a binding contract between the client and Virgin Nature Tours once an official booking confirmation voucher has been issued following deposit payment verification:

• The individual who completes the booking form or payment process acts on behalf of all travelers listed in the reservation.
• Travelers must be at least 18 years of age to book travel independently; minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

2. Pricing & Service Inclusions

All package and tour prices quoted on our platform or in private itineraries are based on operating tariffs, fuel costs, and currency exchange rates effective at the date of quotation:

1. Published prices cover solely those items explicitly itemized under the "Package Inclusions" section of your travel proposal.
2. Incidental personal expenses—including international travel insurance, optional side excursions, alcoholic beverages, laundry services, and tipping—are not included unless expressly stated.

3. Traveler Obligations & Travel Documentation

Clients bear full responsibility for ensuring their readiness for travel before commencement of the trip:

• Passport Validity: Passports must remain valid for a minimum of 6 months beyond the intended return date.
• Visas & Health Clearances: Travelers must obtain required transit and entry visas, immunization records, and health declarations pertinent to each destination country.
• Insurance: Comprehensive medical, evacuation, and trip-cancellation insurance is strongly recommended for all international journeys.

4. Modifications to Confirmed Itineraries

While Virgin Nature Tours makes every effort to execute confirmed itineraries faithfully, nature exploration involves remote destinations and dynamic conditions. We reserve the right to modify routes, accommodations, or activities due to adverse weather events, road closures, flight timetable revisions, or public safety mandates.

5. Limitation of Liability

Virgin Nature Tours acts as an intermediary coordinating travel suppliers (including airlines, transport contractors, hotels, and excursion operators). Consequently, Virgin Nature Tours is not liable for personal injury, property loss, delays, or extra costs resulting from circumstances beyond our direct control, including natural disasters, political civil unrest, or carrier cancellations.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international commercial and travel regulations. Any dispute arising out of or related to our travel services shall first be submitted to amicable mediation prior to formal arbitration.
